Teen’s mental health refers to the emotional and social well-being of young people. When a drug like nicotine is introduced, it can have a negative impact on a young person’s body and brain. This online training will cover topics to help youth learn about their brain, what mental health means, and the impact vaping can have on their brain and emotional well-being.
The modules presented within this training will:
1. Provide information about the brain and how the teen brain functions.
2. Define mental health and common challenges young people experience.
3. Explain the difference between vaping nicotine and THC including the risk of addiction.
4. Highlight the negative impact of vaping on the brain and a teen’s mental health.
Don’t forget to take the quiz to review your knowledge on vaping and teen mental health. Then, you will receive an official certificate of completion and access to all kinds of resources.
