The Say What! Texas Tobacco-Free Conference is different from any youth leadership conference you've ever attended! Attend keynotes and workshops led by youth, listen to nationally-renown speakers from across the country, and enjoy the atmosphere and amenities of a luxury resort!


Held in conjunction with National Kick Butts Day, which is organized by the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, Texas Tobacco-Free Kids Day (TTFKD) is an annual awareness day in Texas that encourages youth of all ages to live tobacco-free lifestyles.


In addition to promoting Texas Tobacco-Free Kids Day in conjunction with National Kick Butts Day, Say What! also promotes World No Tobacco Day, Red Ribbon Week, and the Great American Smokeout which focuses on quitting smoking. Say What! was created and designed by young people from across Texas and connects students interested in eliminating tobacco from their schools and communities.
